Great location, nice hotel, needs a bit of a refresh

The location is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good - it has a mix of hot food and continental. They were happy to provide a boxlunch for me when I was going on a day tour leaving before breakfast opened. Structurally the building is interesting and attractive. It has a little pool and nice outdoor seating area. Has WiFi. They let me keep my bag in storage until my later departure for the airport.

The facilities and interior are quite tired and dated. The photos make it look more modern than in actuality. The room key frequently didn't work requiring multiple repeat visits to reception for new ones. The ac didn't work brilliantly and was extremely noisy. The towels, while branded with the hotel name, are a little threadbare. The toiletries were not refreshed when the room was cleaned. You have to ask reception for a little packet of tea and coffee - they aren't provided in the room (nobody tells you this at check-in). Room wasn't very big. One side lamp didn't work - the other was askew. WiFi isn't very strong.

The pool area was very nice and small but very well designed to relax after exploring Santiago.

The hotel needs to improve the daily cleaning, at the end of our stay the floor of the our room and bathroom was really dirty

Very nice location, about 12 minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Nice pool and good breakfast

Could be more well kept. Some things seemed a little worn and old. But overall a nice hotel.

I loved the pool area, which was my main reason for choosing the hotel.

The location was on a beautiful residential street. Very clean and safe neighborhood. Everything is within walking in 10 minutes.

It was a great stay for a short time in Santiago. Very Americanized and classy.

There was a beautiful pool area to sit at and enjoy drinks etc. I did not stay long enough to have breakfast there, early flight and slept in the first morning.

Comfortable hotel

The room was quite comfortable but without any real individuality. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

The beds were a little soft. We had to leave very early and a woman at the reception told us that she could order us a box breakfast to take with but, in fact, she forgot so there needs to be better coordination between different shifts at the reception desk.

Great location with good breakfast and friendly staff.

The hotel was well situated. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The secure parking was convenient and free. Breakfast was also tasty.

I would’ve preferred more pillows in the room and a non-feather option. That was my only very minor complaint.

Gostamos muito das comodidades do quarto e também da localização. É possível ir à pé até o shopping e também a estação de metrô. Café da manhã com variedades.

Há a informação de que no hotel também se fala português, não é verdade. No máximo, um portunhol. O pagamento é muito estranho. Ao invés de cobrar de uma vez, eles fazem uma reserva no cartão. Até aí tudo bem. O problema é que nessa reserva se cobra um valor a mais de 100 dólares (como garantia). Achei esse valor muito alto. Mas eles estornaram essa garantia e correu tudo bem. Mas esse valor poderia ser menor.

Ótima localização, relativamente próximo a casas de câmbio. É um hotel antigo mas confortável. Voltaria a me hospedar. A calefação é a gás mas funcionou bem. Café da manhã muito bom. Só não gostamos um pouco do restaurante, a comida não era saborosa.

Os elevadores são um pouco antigos e a dificuldade para parar na entrada para fazer check in(se estiver de carro). Poderiam trocar a marca da água pois a que tem é extremamente com sal.

Great area/neighbourhood albeit a significant walk from the closest metro into the tourist/historical centre), charming little place, and comfortable beds

Espresso coffee was not included with breakfast and was at an extra cost but obviously this is a minor detail.

Great stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to check in early. The neighborhood is nice, not too busy. The breakfast buffet included fresh pancakes, cakes, yoghurt, lots of fresh fruits, toast, scrambled eggs, vegetables, sausages, bread and jams.

A style that matches Providencia neighborhood, amazing staff, very comfortable.

The hotel has this boutique style, which makes you feel like you are not in the middle of the city. I had a problem with my shower, and once I reported it to the reception, they immediately replaced it completely, so the service was amazing.

If you are coming to work, the area reserved for business is small, just 2 tables one with a computer, and the rest of the hotel areas are not suitable for work. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I missed something more comfortable for business purpose.

Very pleasant experience at a gem of a hotel

Front desk staff provided excellent service. Our room was a bit minimalist but comfy with a nice sized bathroom. The common areas are roomy. We loved having access to an in-house bar and restaurant. Everyone associated with the hotel was friendly. Breakfast was varied and tasty. All-around, a fine experience!

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is a bit away from many sights tourists might want to visit, but easily accessed via taxi. We enjoy walking so it was not a problem.
